THE MASONRY

Located on Thomas Street, this project comprised of the conversion of an existing 30,000 Sq.Ft warehouse and 40,000 Sq. Ft Georgian office space into 70,000 Sq. Ft of contemporary office work space over 6 floors with internal heated courtyards, event space, café and restaurant. Many of the original features were restored to create a “New York” loft style look and feel. The project won the Fit-Out Project of the Year Conservation in 2019 at the Fit-Out awards.
